Qualifications

  • Expérience administrative préalable requise.
  • Excellentes compétences en anglais.
  • La connaissance du français ou de l'espagnol est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Préparation de courriers et suivi des cas sous supervision.
  • Gestion de bases de données de la Cour internationale d'arbitrage de l'ICC.
  • Soutien aux équipes de gestion de cas et archivage.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters);
  • Electronic and paper archiving;
  • Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers;
  • Database management for the procedures of the ICC International Court of Arbitration;
  • Preparation of ICC Court's documents and notification of ICC Court's decisions;
  • Support of our case management teams during the transition to new tools and platforms.
