Aterim, a leading global provider of staff leasing, contractor hosting, and recruitment, is hiring for an Assistant Flight Operations for a full-time contract to be based in Montpellier, France, on behalf of Airways Aviation.

The Flight Operations Assistant collects upstream and downstream information to draw up the schedule and regulate it in accordance with the CCO manual. Prepares and regulates the schedules of the instructors and their trainees for their flights. Checks all the information entered by the instructors to ensure that the schedules and practical pilot training run smoothly. Assists the Operations Coordination Manager in all his/her tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing the weekly schedule (PPS): Allocation of instructor and student machine slots in accordance with the training manuals and instructor and potential fleet pre-requisites. The schedule is published on Wednesdays for the following week. Updates are sent by e-mail regularly during the regulation process. Timetables are in GMT and indicate the block departure and block return times.
- Individual monitoring of trainees: Enables the trainee's achievements and progress to be monitored. Enables weekly schedules to be drawn up and long-term schedules to be updated.
- Adjust the schedule in line with the flights completed and potential aircraft remaining, as transmitted by the CAMO.
- Recording and checking hours worked: checking hours worked for FI payrolls and operating reports.
- Ensures that information is entered correctly and assists the Operations Coordination Manager with reports requested by management, HT and the customer.
- Carry out any work requested by your supervisor.

- Previous experience in similar role
- Proficiency in Office suite
