This role involves assisting production and packaging teams with their daily tasks, alerting in case of anomalies, participating in maintenance and sanitation of production lines, and contributing to continuous improvement and safety, quality, and environmental standards. The assistant is proactive in proposing activities within their scope.
Responsibilities include:
- Process Monitoring:
- Adjust raw material dosing parameters according to line speed.
- Set up equipment as per specifications.
- Receive and verify semolina deliveries and ensure smooth unloading.
- Assist machine operators in line control.
- Perform quality checks and record data (HACCP plan, MQIS, traceability).
- Supply ingredients to the line.
- Search for recyclable products in SAP and ensure traceability.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Generate control documents via Phoenix, perform scheduled checks, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist maintenance team with preventive tasks outside production hours.
- Sanitation:
- Perform cleaning operations according to schedule, maintaining cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
- Disassemble and clean equipment as scheduled.
- Packaging Coordination:
- Ensure traceability and proper storage of finished products.
- Ensure packaging lines are supplied with materials and maintain traceability.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety rules.
- Coordinate break rotations with team leader.
- Monitor the quality of temporary staff's work.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts: 6/4 (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, 4 days off).
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills, team-oriented.
- Proficient with IT tools.
- Organized, able to plan and prioritize.
- Rigorous, autonomous.
- First-level maintenance experience (at least 1 year).
