Qualifications

• Cherche un apprentissage en RH pour finaliser votre Bachelor ou Master.
• Fluent en anglais et français, l'espagnol est un plus.
• Capacité à écrire clairement en anglais et en français.

Responsabilités

• Gérer l'intégration des nouveaux employés et s'assurer que tout est prêt.
• Participer à divers projets en étant proactif et en proposant des idées.
• Assurer le suivi administratif (conventions de stage, certificats).

Job description

Team:

You will join the HR team of Click&Boat, a business unit managed by Tiphaine, VP HR, and composed of 7 people based in Paris and Barcelona.

As part of your missions, you will report directly to the HR Officer. You will work closely with her and with your HR colleagues.

Tasks:

In the frame of Click&Boat seasonality, we are looking for an apprentice to support us to manage the on-boarding campaigns.

With the guidance of your manager, you will have the opportunity to handle the following tasks:

1) HR & Onboarding(80%)

You will participate in the on-boarding of the candidates recruited, being their point of contact and making sure everything is ready for their arrival.

• Creation of employee accounts in our internal HR software.
• Administrative follow-up (internship agreements, internship certificates)
• Welcome and integrate new employees, with Welcome Pack delivery.

2) Projects (20%)

Depending on the needs, you'll be expected to be proactive to share new ideas andhelp the HR team on different matters such as office management, events or recruitment.

Preferred profile

• You are looking for an apprenticeship in HRto complete your Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• You are fluent in English and French. Speaking Spanish is a plus!
• You have excellent writing skills in English and in French;
• You are organized and know how to prioritize your tasks;
• You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
