Une entreprise internationale de cosmétiques recherche un stagiaire en informatique pour soutenir ses opérations IT sur deux ans à partir de septembre 2023. Le candidat participera à la gestion des matériels, au soutien des processus d'intégration, et à la coordination des achats IT. Le poste offre un environnement multiculturel avec des possibilités de travail à distance dans l'UE, ainsi que divers avantages tels qu'un accès à des services de conciergerie et un panier de produits à la fin du stage.

Qualifications

• Formation en cours dans le domaine informatique.
• Capacité à travailler avec des environnements Windows et Mac.
• BTS requis, maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Responsabilités

• Supporter les processus de salon et d'intégration IT.
• Gérer l'inventaire des licences créatives.
• Collaborer avec le directeur IT sur divers projets.

About the Job :

The apprentice will support all key IT features, including deployment, materials management (Mac and Windows), and network activities.

About Your Responsibilities :

• Supports the ELC IT Salon and onboarding processes
• Coordinates IT purchase processes
• Manages the inventory of creative licenses and suggests improvements
• Shadows the IT Director on global IT project deployments
• Supports the IT Director in daily tasks and ad hoc projects

About You

Available for 2 years starting September 2023

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor or Master

Required Language Proficiency: English / French

Licenses or Certifications: BTS

Additional Job Specifications: Experience with Windows (W10) and Mac environments, Office 365, and familiarity with Dell and Mac hardware.
