Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant(e) de direction et office manager at AgileBio located in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre (Paris, Metro 7 at the door). The role involves providing administrative assistance, managing phone calls, communication, executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  1. Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  2. Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  3. Clerical Skills proficiency and details oriented
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Experience in office management roles
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e-commerce tools
  7. French fluency is required, English proficiency is mandatory (fluent C1 / C2)
  8. Relevant certification or diploma in administration and / or office management
  9. Role requires team building and social interaction
  10. Experience or easiness on legal or business documents proofing / understanding / writing
  11. Accounting knowledge
