MBway recrute un futur contrôleur de gestion en alternance. Vous serez formé aux méthodes d'analyse de gestion tout en apportant des solutions concrètes aux dysfonctionnements dans votre secteur, tout en suivant une alternance école-entreprise ciblée. Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats curieux, rigoureux, et capables de bien travailler en équipe.

Qualifications

• Titulaire d'un DCG, licence management ou étudiant en contrôle de gestion.
• Curieux, rigoureux et bonnes compétences interpersonnelles.

Responsabilités

• Former aux méthodes d'analyse et de gestion.
• Définir standards et règles de gestion.
• Établir indicateurs de contrôle et d'orientation.
• Analyser dysfonctionnements et écarts.
• Proposer actions correctives et les présenter au comités de pilotage.

Description du poste

Job Description:

In collaboration with the management control supervisor, after completing an internal training program, you will be assigned to a specific sector where you will be responsible for:

• Training in analysis and management methods
• Defining management standards and rules
• Establishing control and steering indicators in terms of productivity
• Analyzing malfunctions and deviations

Subsequently, you will propose corrective actions and present them to the steering committee.

You will alternate between 3 days at school and 7 days in the company.

Profile sought:

Holder of a DCG, a management license, or a third-year control management student, you are curious, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Excel is required.
