Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+4/+5 ou BTS Commerce International exigée.
  • Expérience en import-export ou gestion administration des ventes appréciée.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de la Direction Commerciale DOM-TOM, vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur DOM-TOM. Vous serez en relation permanente avec les services Supply-Chain, Logistique, Customer Marketing, Activation et Commerciales.

VOS MISSIONS

Analyses commerciales (20%) :

  • Collecte, traitement des données clients
  • Analyses et recommandations
  • Participation au process S&OP
  • Analyse performance de la concurrence

Gestion des commandes (SAP) (50%) :

  • Commandes et expédition (export)
  • Relation client (SAV, Litiges, Cash collection)
  • Suivi du retour des documents fiscaux et dossiers transitaires

Trade Marketing (30%) :

  • Interface entre le Marketing et les Distributeurs
  • Création et gestion des moyens pour les forces de vente internes et externes
  • Gestion des campagnes Digitales (META et Display)

À PROPOS DE VOUS

De formation Bac+4/+5 ou BTS Commerce International. Vous êtes motivé(e), enthousiaste, vous avez envie d’apprendre. Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous avez un très bon relationnel, et savez être réactif. A l’aise avec les données chiffrées, vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et d’analyse. La maîtrise des outils informatiques est nécessaire (Excel, Powerpoint). Une première expérience de type import-export ou de gestionnaire administration des ventes serait un plus.
