In your role as administrative support for the agency:
Physical and telephone reception of the agency
Organization of employee travel (hotel reservations and transport)
Fleet management
Company car
Service vehicle
Rental vehicle for employee travel
Mail management
Follow-up of employees' CVs in French and English (updates, translations)
Administrative follow-up of training
Office Supplies Stock Management
Various administrative support to the Human Resources, Management and Finance department
Participation in the organization of various events
Input of the workload schedule jointly with the branch managers
Ensure the QHSE relay on the Agency
In your role of supporting project managers:
Compilation and control of scores including exchange with the customer
Document control
Assistance to the project secretariat (constitution of end-of-business binders, etc.)
Collection and monitoring of project expenses

Position subject to a spot check (e.g. weekly) by the hierarchy / responsibility for achieving the objectives related to the instructions (responsibility for achieving through the implementation of actions allowing the achievement of results)
Autonomy / initiative
Planning and organisation of activities subject to hierarchical approval within the framework of clearly defined instructions / technical and/or organisational initiatives can be taken
About you: Initial training and experience:
Baccalaureate + 2 or equivalent level
Languages and IT tools
Good command of the Office Pack and IT tools
Good command of Excel
Fluency in English
