Ok, and what's our project together? ️ ️
As an Account Executive, you ensure the smooth running of agency projects while assisting account managers and Account Directors – from communicating the correct information to all members of the team (including Creative and Medical Departments), to facing clients and reporting to the Account Managers and Account Directors.
You are assigned to one or more accounts at a time, both for strategic consulting and production oversight.
Throughout the project execution, and under the supervision of your managers, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of campaigns and compliance with the allocated budget.

Coordinate internal and external teams (medical, strategy, creative) involved in the technical and creative aspects of campaign and asset development.
Design advertising, environmental, and corporate materials in compliance with current medical and regulatory requirements.
Prepare creative schedules and ensure adherence to production timelines (print and digital).
Prepare client quotes and manage suppliers (internal and external).
Issue purchase orders.
Review and proofread campaign materials/tools (detail aids, dosing sheets, slide decks, patient brochures, treatment diaries, websites, apps, videos or mechanism of action animations, etc.).
Prepare meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with agency processes (briefs, timelines, meeting minutes, worklists, timesheets, creative schedules, medical planning, etc.).
Support your manager with cost control, billing, and forecasting.

Know-how (experience)
Strong knowledge of communication, marketing, media, and digital and print production
Project management and coordination skills, working with professionals from various disciplines such as creative, medical writing, and digital teams
Understanding of the graphic production process and digital professions
Proficient in English (C1 level), enabling interaction with the network for adaptation of global campaigns
Soft skills
Strong listening, organizational, and management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities

Your toolkit
A background in pharmacy or science is ideal, but not a requirement.
You are currently pursuing or have completed a program at a specialized communication/advertising school (e.g., CELSA, ISCOM, ISERP...).
You have a higher education degree from an institute of political studies or a business school, with a specialization in communication, media, or marketing.
Master’s level education (Master’s degree or specialized Master’s – Bac+5).
