Job Description
MISSIONS:
As an Assistant Directeur Technique, reporting to the Directeur Technique of the Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention hotel, you will interact with all hotel departments to ensure service quality and continuity, optimize sustainable maintenance of the buildings, and ensure safety for occupants.
You will collaborate with various services within the Group AccorInvest and Accor, involved in the hotel's management contract. You will oversee a maintenance technician.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Ensure the proper functioning of all technical elements and installations and manage their lifecycle.
- Lead and optimize energy consumption, implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan, and manage subcontracting contracts in coordination with your supervisor.
- Participate in fire safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations (personnel and property safety, quality, and customer comfort).
- Assist in hotel reporting using tools like Open (Energies) and SET (regulatory compliance).
- Maintain documentation related to risk prevention: safety register, accessibility, health records, Asbestos Technical File, ICPE, etc.
- Support recruitment and training processes.
- Exemplify professional conduct, embodying the Novotel brand spirit.
Technical Skills and Customer Relations:
- Assist in controlling and maintaining hygiene and safety installations, train staff on safety procedures.
- Prepare and follow safety inspection plans and regulatory controls.
- Regularly inspect technical installations to prevent malfunctions and ensure proper operation of technological equipment.
- Manage preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment availability.
- Optimize energy consumption.
- Address recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in investment projects and specialized interventions, potentially representing the Technical Director in CHSCT meetings.
- Adhere to the group's purchasing policies.
- Ensure optimal availability of spaces and tools for clients and staff.

Health & Safety / Environment:
- Maintain fire safety through equipment maintenance, patrols, training, procedures, drills, and regulatory checks.
- Keep safety records up to date.
- Ensure compliance with AccorInvest Legionella and air treatment directives, organize safety and fire training for staff.
- Respect sustainability & RSE policies and monitor related action plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Initial education: BTS in electrical engineering, hotel maintenance, or related fields.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Practical and theoretical skills: HVAC, building pathology, water treatment, regulation compliance.
- Proficiency with IT tools.
- Languages: mastery of the local language; English is a plus.
- Autonomy, dynamism, availability (on-call 7/7), attention to detail, service orientation, rigor, diagnostic skills, and balanced delegation.
