Open to contractual candidates: Yes, as an exception compared to civil servant applications. A contractual person can be recruited pending a civil service recruitment. The contract offered cannot exceed one year, renewable up to a total of 2 years. It is possible to recruit someone who has not passed a public service exam, as one of the grades is an entry-level category C grade allowing direct recruitment without an exam.

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Executive Assistant and social relations assistant supports her in her missions. They gather and process information necessary for the administrative functioning of the service. They also participate in service projects.

Missions / Conditions of Exercise
  1. Executive Assistance
    • Draft HR letters
    • Manage schedules
    • Receive and sort incoming mail
    • Write meeting reports
    • Ensure the material and logistical organization of meetings
    • Follow the Special Authorizations of Union Absences
    • Handle disciplinary procedures and absences
    • Schedule and manage medical visits for staff
    • Take over reception and administrative management in her absence
  2. Organization of the Territorial Social Committee (CST):
    • Organize meetings: planning, pre-meetings, room reservations, manage agendas
    • Prepare and send technical files
    • Take notes and draft minutes
    • Follow actions and decisions of the CST
  3. Municipal Council
    • Draft HR deliberations
    • Send them out
  4. Event Management
    • Organize and manage integration days
    • Organize retirement and medal ceremonies
  5. Service Project
    • Participate in projects defined by the Departments
