As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Management and Development

  • Selling and Floor Management

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs for the boutique. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on quarterly action plans to achieve growth and targets. Provide monthly and ad hoc reports on sales, traffic, KPIs, stock, customer service, and discounts, and suggest corrective actions. Support the boutique's effective operation.
  • Manage and develop the team to optimize performance and profitability. Communicate and motivate staff around Maison’s strategy and vision. Conduct team meetings, ensure awareness of targets and best practices. Support performance reviews and coaching. Delegate operational activities and establish responsibilities. Provide training and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Champion clienteling to drive a customer-centric business: proactive outreach, styling, appointments. Enhance client experience both in-store and out, ensuring brand standards. Set objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation with HQ and Boutique Manager. Utilize clienteling tools and report on ROI. Collaborate with the retail network on customer strategies. Research local partnership opportunities to attract luxury audiences.
  • Oversee boutique operations and administration: ensure policies and procedures are followed, monitor visual merchandising, maintain brand image, ensure compliance with sales and security procedures, supervise back-office and admin tasks, and maintain the boutique environment according to brand standards.
