Qualifications

• Expérience initiale en HSE souhaitée, de préférence dans un environnement industriel.
• Bonnes compétences en gestion de projet.
• Connaissance des normes telles que ISO 45001.

• Coordonner les activités départementales et participer aux réunions de l'usine.
• Mettre en œuvre des politiques et directives en matière de santé et sécurité.
• Préparer des rapports de santé et sécurité.

ASSISTANT COORDINATEUR SECURITE EN INDUSTRIE, Bordeaux

Location: Bordeaux, France

Company Overview: Our circular economy approach focuses on using renewable, recyclable, and recycled materials to create sustainable packaging solutions. We specialize in manufacturing kraft paper for corrugated cardboard.

Position: We are seeking a Assistant Safety Manager (H/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). In this role, you will report to the Safety Manager and act as their deputy during absences.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate departmental activities, participate in daily plant meetings (PULSE), and substitute for the Safety Manager when needed, including team leadership.
2. Implement health and safety policies and directives from Smurfit Westrock.
3. Support health and safety initiatives by assisting on-site contacts with documents (PDP, DUERP), investigations, and risk analysis.
4. Participate in safety training, awareness programs, and promote safety culture on site.
5. Prepare health and safety reports.
6. Ensure proper functioning of fire protection systems and access controls in collaboration with the Safety Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) with initial experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial process environment.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in industrial settings and compliance with standards such as ISO 45001.
• Proficiency in professional English (written and spoken).
