Job summary

Gennissen Holding B.V. seeks an Assistant Controller to safeguard accuracy in financial administration and help monitor the company’s financial position. You will contribute to VAT and tax matters, budgets and regular financial reporting.

You will manage invoices, cash flow, and payments, support HR tasks when needed, and work within a growing international family business with EU exposure. This role offers a structured, professional environment with room to develop.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO level in finance, business economics or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar financial position.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience with common software applications, including MS Office.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely processing of financial data and administration.
• Manage cash and handle payments.
• Monitor deadlines for accounts receivable management.
• Check and enter purchase and sales invoices.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and financial reports.
