Qualifications

  • 10 à 15 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire dans un environnement international.

DESCRIPTION OF VARIOUS ACTIVITIES
HR Performance
  • Build and manage the holding company's payroll and job budget in conjunction with HRPB, Controlling and Accounting departments.
  • Define and prepare HR reporting for the holding company.
  • Ensure the production of the social balance sheet, social report, gender equality report and all HR indicators / dashboards.
  • Participate in the management of legal obligations and social dialogue: BDES, NAO, negotiation of agreements.
  • Monitor the operating budget of the holding company's HR department.
  • Deploy projects and provide functional support for the HRIS (SonePeople).
  • Ensure the quality, security and reliability of data and access to HR information.
  • Manage external service contracts and manage service providers (Nibelis, Henner, BNP, etc.).
  • Provide advice and decision-making support to management on collective and individual issues, and manage regulatory aspects.
  • Interact with the international HR community and participate in Group HR projects.
  • Participate in the development of the holding company's compensation policy through internal and external compensation studies.
  • Carry out compensation-related analyses: compensation vs. performance vs. potential, variable compensation.
  • Structure and ensure the reliability of increase and bonus processes.
  • Manage the Holding's social benefits (health - provident - retirement) and propose coherent changes.
  • Ensure management of the process for developing and managing profit-sharing and value-sharing bonuses.
Employee services
  • Ensure reliable and compliant payroll and social security declarations.
  • Manage expatriates coming from the Holding company, as well as local employees providing a service to the Holding company, in liaison with HRPB and the Global C&B Department.
  • Ensure administrative on-boarding of employees, from contract drafting through to affiliation, in liaison with HRPB and General Resources.
  • Provide information and answer employees' questions on payroll, time management and employee benefits.
Management
  • Organize, lead, and develop the team under your responsibility (1 permanent contract and 1 apprentice).
  • Manage exchanges with the international HR community involved in budgetary and HR processes.
NECESSARY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
  • 10 to 15 years' experience in a similar position in an international group environment, with IT and support profiles. Pragmatic, excellent analytical skills, autonomous, curious, organized, rigorous, proactive. Sense of service to internal customers, knowledge of project management, confidentiality, good stress management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills. 360° vision of human resources - versatility. Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel (TBC, formulas). Knowledge of macros would be a plus. Fluency in English is essential.
