Job Description:

Nous recherchons pour notre usine de Laval (Mayenne, 53) de 150 personnes, un(e):Assistant commercial H/F

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administration des Ventes, vos missions principales consistent à:

• Développer et entretenir un portefeuille clients, tout en assurant leur satisfaction à chaque étape
• Préparer les calculs de coûts et les offres pour les clients et prospects en collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale
• Gérer la prise de commandes dans le respect des conditions négociées (prix, quantités, délais…)
• Suivre les commandes, les devis et offres commerciales pour garantir la fluidité des processus
• Analyser les besoins de chaque client et proposer des solutions sur-mesure
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour offrir une expérience client optimal

Votre profil:

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation en commerce ou gestion.

Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 1 an en administration des ventes ou dans un pôle commercial avec une orientation client.

Vous avez une attitude proactive et êtes force de proposition.

Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et savez vous adapter pour assurer une collaboration positive avec le client.
