Mission

The Fixed Income Quant team is looking for a trainee to assist in the development and improvement of investment management tools. This role offers a great opportunity to support our PMs and contribute to our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Within the alternative investment platform, the merger arbitrage team of two portfolio managers is looking for a portfolio manager assistant working on the two in-house funds :

  • Learn merger arbitrage strategy and help monitor positions and inherent risks.
  • Help with day-to-day monitoring of cash management and currency hedging.
  • Development and improvement of investment management tools.
  • Support in reconciling the net asset values of the two funds.

Profile

  • University Master's degree, engineering or business school.
  • Deep knowledge in the investment management / financial markets.
  • Interest in M&A environment.
  • VBA and / or Python skills is a must.
  • Resistance to stress, structured and methodical.
  • Team spirit, flexible, and autonomous.
