Une entreprise de loisirs recherche un Casino Manager pour diriger les opérations du casino. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des activités quotidiennes, des relations clients et de la conformité réglementaire. Qualifications

Job Description

In conjunction with the Casino Manager, leads and manages the Casino operations including the core functions: day-to-day operational activities, guest relations, maintaining compliance with all gaming rules as per SQM, and directing the performance management of the Casino Staff.

Hiring Requirements
  1. Minimum one-year experience internally as a Senior Casino Supervisor with consistently high performance ratings. (shipboard experience preferred)
  2. One to two years of progressive supervisory experience in a casino function with resorts, cruise lines, and hotels.
  3. Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding rules and regulations.
  4. Ability to observe and recognize payout accuracy, dealer behavior, and associated activities.
  5. Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
  6. Ability to manage the financial aspects of a casino operation, including identifying expense reductions through cost efficiencies and revenue growth via promotional and up-selling activities. Ability to manage headcount within the area to support the vessel's business needs.
  7. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer and personal service, including needs assessment techniques, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
  8. Knowledge of HR policies and practices. Ability to manage international staff positively and productively by motivating, developing, and managing employees. Ability to utilize disciplinary processes through coaching and counseling to improve performance or terminate employment.
  9. Proficiency in computer use, Internet access, and navigating various software packages such as Excel, Word, or related programs.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent, preferred.
