Qualifications

• Expérience en service à volume élevé requise.

• Communicate guidelines and priorities to the bar team: staff organization, logistics, material handling, supervision
• Manage stock, consumables, linen, and bar equipment

• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and hygiene and safety procedures
