Un groupe international dans l'hôtellerie recherche un Assistant Bar Manager pour son complexe à l'étranger. Le poste exige des compétences en gestion d'équipe et offre un contrat de 12 mois avec un package compétitif incluant le logement et les repas. Vous serez responsable de la supervision du personnel de bar et de l'assurance de la conformité avec les standards de qualité.

Qualifications

• Expérience professionnelle en service dans un environnement à fort volume.
• Bilingue en anglais, d'autres langues comme le mandarin ou le français sont un plus.

Responsabilités

• Assister le Bar Manager dans les opérations quotidiennes.
• Superviser l'équipe du bar et gérer les inventaires.
• Accueillir et servir les clients, s'assurer de leur satisfaction.

• Assist the Bar Manager
• Communicate guidelines and priorities to the bar team: staff organization, logistics, equipment care, supervision
• Manage stock, consumables, linen, and bar equipment administration
• Supervise the bar team before, during, and after service (setup, cleanup, etc.)
• Organize, lead, train, and develop the restaurant team
• Welcome clients, serve them, and attend to their needs
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and hygiene and safety procedures
