RECRUITMENT OF A FULL-TIME ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (M/W/D)

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have teaching experience and research interests in at least two of the following fields: Human Resource Management, Intercultural Management, Leadership, Project Management, and Change Management. Experience with digitalisation, digital teaching materials, or COILS is advantageous. Candidates should aim for research excellence, aligning with ICN’s Arts-Technology & Management approach, and be prepared to teach undergraduate, graduate, and executive students in both French and English across ICN’s campuses. Innovation in course design, teaching methods, and digitalisation is expected. Candidates should also be willing to join the CEREFIGE research laboratory.
To qualify as an Assistant Professor, candidates must hold a PhD or have submitted their thesis, demonstrate research potential or have published high-quality research, and show teaching aptitude. For Associate Professor, candidates need a PhD, several years of higher education or research experience, a record of excellence with publications in leading international journals, and evidence of strong teaching skills.
