The Strategy department offers courses across management disciplines, emphasizing educational innovation and online learning development. This position is within the Strategy department at KEDGE Arts School, an institute focused on arts, culture, design, and creative industries management. The school aims to advance knowledge in these areas through research and teaching programs, including the Sino-French Institute in Management of Arts and Design (Shanghai/Paris), MSc Arts & Creative Industries Management (Paris), and MSc Creativity & Design Management (Marseille).

Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching and curriculum development at bachelor and master levels
  2. Student supervision and mentorship
  3. Pedagogical engineering
  4. Research collaborations with companies and international institutions
  5. Publishing in academic and professional journals
  6. Participating in national and international research funding calls

Profile and skills required:

  1. PhD in management, design, or psychosociology focusing on creativity, creativity management, or design
  2. Teaching experience, especially in creativity management related to design and innovation
  3. Expertise in creativity, social innovation, and design
  4. Ability to teach courses in English; proficiency in French is a plus
  5. Strong international creative network
  6. Knowledge of Arts & Design history
