The Strategy department offers teaching in management disciplines, emphasizing educational innovation and online learning. Courses cover social entrepreneurship, business development, design thinking, eco-design, innovation, sustainability, and more.

The position is within KEDGE Arts School, focusing on arts, culture, design, and creative industries management, with programs and research centers in arts and creative industries management.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching at bachelor and master levels
• Student supervision and coaching
• Pedagogical engineering
• Research projects with industry and institutions
• Publishing in academic and professional journals
• Participating in project calls

Profile and skills required:

• PhD in management, design, or psychosociology focusing on creativity or design
• Teaching experience in creativity management, design, or innovation
• Expertise in creativity, social innovation, and design
• Ability to teach in English; French skills are a plus
• International creative network
• Knowledge of Arts & Design history

Compensation and benefits:
