Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position at ICN’s Finance, Audit, Accounting & Control Department will have a sound research record in the field of accounting and sustainability. The candidate needs to have published on an ABS 4 level as lead author. Having served as editor of a high-level journal is an advantage. Experience with the latest development in the field of digitalisation and the preparation of digital teaching materials or COILS are an asset.

Experience in the leadership of research groups or bearing responsibility of a research chair is required. We search for a candidate who has experience in successfully submitting national and international research grants and in conducting funded research projects at the crossroads of accounting, management and sustainability. Experience in conducting research with industrial or institutional partners is an advantage.

Fluency in English and French is required. It is also expected that the candidate connects research output to teaching to multiple audiences (Bachelor, Master, Executive Education).

For this position we expect strong leadership capabilities in research also with regard to tutoring junior researchers and others. To be appointed as full professor for this position, candidates must provide evidence of research excellence, leadership and experience with funded research projects, and show aptitude for strong teaching quality as well as significant corporate experience. Candidates should count on a long-term research experience also in leading institutions outside France.
