Role: Assistant / Assistante ressources humaines (H/F)
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Social Declarations Management:
- Handling hiring procedures
- Drafting, checking, and verifying employment contracts and amendments: ensuring all required elements are included as per regulations and collective agreement
- Entering payroll variables for temporary employees in compliance with regulations: processing variables, checks, issuing and monitoring advances, applying data entry procedures
- Managing attendance incidents: paid leave, annual calculations, sickness, occupational accidents, part-time therapy, unpaid leave, sabbatical, unpaid absences
- Verifying mandatory declarations: monthly, quarterly, or annual submissions to various organizations
- System Configuration and Practice Development - Legal Monitoring:
- Participating in the general administrative management of the HR department
- Continuous legal watch on all HR aspects
- Updating professional and regulatory documentation
- Proposing improvements and implementing methods to optimize HR services in collaboration with staff
- Internal HR Missions:
- Alerting the department head about events impacting the organizational project: ethics, statutory life, legal and regulatory framework
- Collaborating on the development and definition of practices and procedures within the department
- Contributing to the development of collective skills, sharing practices, thematic working groups
- Supporting or replacing team members during under-staffing or increased workload, based on priorities
Candidate Profile:
- Level Baccalaureate or equivalent
- Experience: Prior experience as HR assistant or similar role preferred
- Skills:
- Mastery of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and relational skills
- Confidentiality and teamwork orientation
- Personal Qualities:
- Rigorous and methodical
