Agency: Temporis Troyes (specializing in CDI, temporary work, and training) is seeking for one of its clients an Assistant / Assistante comptable Temps partiel.

Main Missions:

1. Hold a qualification in accounting with at least 2 years of professional experience.
2. Receive, input, and verify invoices.
3. Ensure follow-up of invoices.
4. Manage supplier reminders in collaboration with the purchasing department and resolve invoice disputes.
5. Monitor payments and perform bank reconciliations.
6. Assist in preparing tax and social declarations.
7. Handle administrative tasks: filing, archiving, processing mail.
8. Proficiency in accounting tools and management software.
9. Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize.
10. Discretion, autonomy.
