Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Assister dans le traitement des commandes, y compris la saisie de données.
  • Coordonner les expéditions et les arrangements logistiques.
  • Supporter la gestion des stocks en surveillant les niveaux de stocks.
  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes de vente et de logistique.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles pour résoudre des problèmes liés à l'exécution des commandes.

Job Description:
  • Assist with order processing, including data entry, verification, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

  • Coordinate shipments and logistics arrangements, including organizing transportation, tracking deliveries, and managing related documentation.

  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular checks, and coordinating reordering if necessary.

  • Provide administrative support to sales and logistics teams, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

Proficiency in Excel is mandatory (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP)
