Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la planification et de la coordination de divers services administratifs tout en soutenant des projets et des améliorations de processus. Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

As part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work independently in delivering a variety of administration services for the MACOM European Semiconductor Centre (MESC) site. The position reports to the HR Director and is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of administration as well as supporting projects and process improvements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for administering a variety of human resources programs and policies, including functional operational support, recruitment support, onboarding and ad-hoc projects.
  • Support the time and attendance system and generate monthly and quarterly accrual reports.
  • Work closely with the HR Team to ensure consistent support of the business and participate in planning for and implementation of HR programs and systems.
  • Deal with ad-hoc employee queries relating to annual programmes and general HR policies/procedures.
  • Book external accommodation and meeting rooms (if required).
  • Build relationships with external vendors such as hotels for the organisation of accommodation, conference bookings, meetings, etc.
  • Arrange transportation for visitors (from and to airport/hotel/office).
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings.
  • Facilitate email communications of internal events, communication meetings, etc.
  • Organise internal communication events such as CEO communications, site meetings, employee all-hands meetings.
  • Responsible for ordering stationery supplies and employee business cards.
  • Provide routine and ad-hoc administration support as required.
  • Demonstrate a dynamic & flexible approach to all situations.
  • Exhibit strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong and effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Relate well to management, peers, and colleagues.
  • Be self-motivated / an independent thinker.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and multitasking.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated competency with executive assistant skills.
  • Knowledge of company logistics, policies, ethics, processes, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all types of groups/levels of individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership and external visitors, including senior customers.
  • Must have MS Office competency with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
