MISSIONS
As an Villas Administrative Assistant, under the supervision of the Head of back office ERVR, and in collaboration with the Finance department, I participate in all billing missions for Eden Rock Villas Rental and in monitoring client payments. I ensure the daily coordination of Villas accounting and oversee compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
Representing our luxurious establishment and its values at all times, I guarantee employee satisfaction by performing my tasks and missions with joy and kindness. More than an Villas Administrative Assistant, I actively contribute to the hotel's reputation.

Contract: CDI
Status: Employee - 39h/week (2 consecutive days off)
Salary: €2500 Gross Monthly

Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a Bac professional in Accounting or BTS Accounting with experience in a similar position in a comparable establishment. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an asset. Mastery of office tools is required.
