Position: Administrative Assistant - Construction Sector (BTP)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a company specializing in electrical works and general building trades.

Responsibilities:
  1. Subcontractor Management (main task):
    • Preparation, monitoring, and updating subcontractor files
    • Collection of administrative documents
    • Contract follow-up and reminders
  2. Document Management and Database Maintenance:
    • Updating internal databases
    • Organizing, filing, and archiving documents
    • Ensuring proper documentation
Candidate Profile:
  • Rigorous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Autonomous, responsive, and good interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn — junior profiles accepted
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
