A leading financial services company in Paris is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join the AM Logistics & Activities team. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of managed buildings and securing rental flows. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in asset management and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and another European language is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of English at C1 level and ideally another European language.

Job Description

You join the AM Logistics & Activities team as an Asset Manager.

On a daily basis, your missions are to :

• Maximize the value of managed buildings;
• Secure rental flows;
• Optimize the liquidity of buildings;
• Define the valuation strategy for managed buildings (rental, technical, and sales);
• Implement this strategy.

With a higher education in finance and real estate, you have at least 7 years of experience in similar positions.

You master :

• Financial and real estate analysis;
• The negotiation of leases and the conduct of work operations and developments.

• Involved, dynamic, autonomous, and proactive;
• Recognized for your entrepreneurial and commercial spirit.
