karriere.at in Paris is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial properties in France. You will drive business plans, budgets, reporting, and control activities while managing leasing negotiations and key tenants.

In this role, you will oversee CapEx and value-add projects, coordinate with external management partners, and conduct profitability analyses to support investment decisions. Fluency in French and English is expected, with German a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management.
• Experience with business plans, leasing, CapEx and value-add initiatives is preferred.
• Strong local market know-how and contacts with property managers, tenants and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in France.
• Drive business plans, budgeting, reporting and controlling with forecast vs budget tracking.
• Oversee leasing activities and negotiations and manage key tenants.
• Lead CapEx, refurbishment and fit-out projects as owner’s representative.
• Coordinate with external property management and ensure strong local execution.
• Perform valuation and profitability analyses (DCF) and investment cases.
• Collaborate with Transaction Manager to ensure smooth handover from closing to plan execution.
