Job Overview:
The Assembly Head oversees the assembly process of heavy machinery, with a specific focus on CNC machines, ensuring that all machinery is assembled to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless operations and exceptional product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Manage and lead the assembly team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

2. Assembly Oversight:

• Oversee the complete assembly process, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Monitor assembly performance and make proactive adjustments to improve efficiency and output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all assembled machinery meets or exceeds quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of assembled machines and assembly processes.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and protocols.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the assembly process and implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex assembly issues and streamline workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest assembly techniques and technologies relevant to heavy machinery.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including issues encountered and resolutions implemented.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in an assembly leadership role, preferably in heavy machinery manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of assembly techniques, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and operational challenges effectively.
