52 Entertainment, a fast-growing gaming company, is looking to expand its Marketing Team with an ASO Graphic Designer Intern to maximize the commercial potential of our games. This role requires a combination of creativity and analytical thinking, focused on optimizing the visual elements of our games to drive better app store performance and increase user engagement.
About the role:
- Join the marketing team at our headquarters in Paris, Boulogne.
- Design and optimize visual assets for app store listings (icons, screenshots, banners) to improve visibility and conversion.
- Enhance the look and feel & marketability of our games to make them more engaging and aligned with the latest market trends.
- Own the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Analyze competitor assets, conduct benchmarks, and adapt designs to stay ahead of the market.
- Work closely with our ASO Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative strategies that enhance app performance.
- Ensure the timely delivery of designs and high-quality execution.
- Contribute to the development of Playable Ads and other marketing assets.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Some experience in graphic design or a related field (academic or professional).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (Blender skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with AI tools, notably for image generation, to enhance creative workflows.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- A passion for design, creativity, and optimizing visuals for user acquisition and app store success.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of ASO principles and mobile gaming market trends.
- Creative mindset, open to experimentation and innovation.
- Familiarity with app store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store) and their design requirements is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mobile app benchmarks and user acquisition strategies.
- Interest in analytics and optimizing app store visuals based on data insights.
- Team player, eager to collaborate and contribute positively to the team’s creative process.
- A strong interest in art, design, games, and the gaming industry.
