Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial R&D projects.
• Experience managing complex semiconductor projects, ideally ASIC development.
• Comfortable taking decisions and owning delivery.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

We’re working with a cutting-edge technology business in Grenoble who are looking to appoint an R&D Project Manager to support ongoing product development focusing on ASIC design. This is a newly created position following an internal promotion and will act as a right-hand support to the current Project Manager.

While project management is at the core of the role, there will also be opportunities to contribute more broadly across the business – ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage cross-functional R&D projects from concept to delivery
• Work closely with technical leads to scope out sensor and camera development
• Support planning, budgeting, and scheduling across multiple projects
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring deliverables and quality standards are met
• Act as a key communication point between local teams in France and international stakeholders, including sensor development colleagues in Belgium

Your Profile :

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial R&D projects

Must have experience managing complex semiconductor projects, ideally ASIC development

Comfortable taking decisions and owning delivery

Fluent English is essential; French language skills are also helpful

Willing to travel occasionally within Europe
