Job Description:

Darwin Recruitment has partnered exclusively with a leader in the Autonomous UAV sector across Europe.

They are expanding their AI teams, focusing on swarming technology for UAVs, which is a highly innovative and promising field.

They are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop and implement AI algorithms for Drone Swarming applications.

Previous experience with Swarm Intelligence or Multi-agent systems is ESSENTIAL.

Ideal candidate qualifications include:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of industry experience in AI / Machine Learning.
• Experience with Swarming, Swarm Intelligence, or Multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Rust.
• Experience with TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, TensorRT, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Knowledge of ROS / ROS2, Real-time & Embedded Systems.
• Familiarity with simulation tools like Gazebo or Webots.
• Experience with Edge AI / Edge computing platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson.

Work arrangements are flexible, allowing remote work from the UK, Spain, France, or Portugal (no sponsorship available).

Salary ranges from €65,000 to €85,000 plus benefits, depending on experience and location.
