Description du poste

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for the dealer service performance in the zone and will lead the implementation of various service processes. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing EV service workshops in alignment with company standards, ensuring full compliance with safety norms and operational guidelines.
  2. Driving growth in After Sales Service to expand customer market share within the zone.
  3. Achieving workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  4. Ensuring penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in line with organizational targets.
  5. Supporting strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence, dealer visits, and competitor analysis.
  6. Resolving customer complaints effectively within agreed timelines, including onsite resolutions.
  7. Promoting service engagement campaigns with distributors and customer-centric events.
  8. Leading product quality reporting initiatives, including collecting PDI feedback, warranty claim audits, and service quality audits.
  9. Designing and implementing service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  10. Ensuring proactive customer communication during natural calamities and promoting peace-of-mind products.
  11. Supporting customer profile understanding to refine service offerings.
  12. Providing spare parts management support to channel partners and coordinating with the factory team.
  13. Ensuring new model service readiness, including training, parts procurement, and tools availability.
  14. Supporting onboarding and setup for new dealers.
  15. Completing service-related projects timely and boosting dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Qualifications include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer service/parts operations, territory management, and dealer contact experience. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional languages like German, Italian, or Spanish preferred.
