The Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) is a remote-based role, primarily in France, within the Electric Vehicles Division. Responsibilities include overseeing dealer service performance, establishing EV service workshops, driving growth in After Sales Service, achieving workshop loading targets, ensuring penetration of warranty and assistance programs, supporting strategic spare parts planning, resolving customer complaints, promoting service campaigns, leading product quality reporting, designing service schemes, ensuring customer communication, managing spare parts, ensuring new model service readiness, onboarding new dealers, and boosting dealer profitability. The role requires extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer service and parts operations, territory management, dealer contact experience, and fluency in English, French, and ideally another language such as German, Italian, or Spanish.
The position is part of Flying Flea, a brand under Royal Enfield that combines authentic design with cutting-edge technology in electric vehicles, supported by a team of over 200 engineers.
