  • Establish EV service workshops aligned with company standards.

  • Ensure penetration of Extended Warranty, RSA, and AMC.

  • Support strategic planning for Spare Parts.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based

Electric Vehicles Division

Please note this role does require a high level of travel and will include weekends.

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for dealer service performance in the zone, leading the implementation of various service processes. You will guide overall business operations, identify areas for improvement, and support new project implementations in the zone.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure timely publication of customer engagement events to generate market excitement and pre-launch hype.
  2. Establish EV service workshops aligned with company standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
  3. Drive growth in After Sales Service to increase customer market share within the zone.
  4. Achieve workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  5. Ensure penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  6. Drive customer satisfaction metrics to meet or exceed benchmarks.
  7. Support strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer visits.
  8. Resolve customer complaints effectively within agreed timelines.
  9. Promote service engagement campaigns with distributors and customer events.
  10. Lead product quality reporting, including feedback collection and audits.
  11. Design and implement attractive service schemes to increase workshop footfall and touchpoints.
  12. Communicate safety tips during natural calamities and promote peace-of-mind products.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with the regional retail team to assess realities and identify improvements.
  14. Support understanding of customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  15. Assist in spare parts management and coordinate with the factory team.
  16. Ensure service readiness for new models, including training and equipment availability.
  17. Support onboarding and setup for new dealers.
  18. Complete service-related projects timely and effectively.
  19. Lead process improvements to enhance customer experience and monitor NPS.
  20. Boost dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Experience required :

  • Degree level education preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role, including:
  • Service marketing expertise
  • Knowledge of dealer service and parts operations
  • Territory management and dealer relations
  • Fluent or conversational in English, French, and ideally another language such as German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel, including weekends.
