Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en vente de produits techniques.
  • Connaissance du marché électrotechnique et des systèmes de stockage d'énergie.

About the Job

The Sales Manager is responsible for the European Cable Entry Solutions Market, taking care of the OEM and the spare part market by acquiring new customers and entering new markets as well as taking care of existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Searches for new customers and new customer segments to promote and sell Trelleborg Cable Entry solutions products (new customers acquisition).
  2. Maintains contact with key accounts and customers to protect current business and generate new business (Maintaining customer relationships).
  3. Applies Sales Excellence and creates customer value (CCV).
  4. Keeps appraised of market trends in business as well as competitor activities, actively communicate those within the organization.
  5. Prepares business and annual plans covering sales budgets for his own responsibility area.
  6. Participates in team developing plans and identifies opportunities to direct the future growth of the business through new products, markets and services that fit the core competencies of the future strategic direction of the company.
  7. Create and document reports, secure documentations of sales and market information and maintain customer data.
  8. Runs the business according to defined Delegation of Authority.
  9. Develop and maintain an active customer and influencer network.
Your experience
  1. Completed a technical education.
  2. University degree (master of engineering or similar) of advantage.
  3. At least 5 years of work experience in Sales of engineered products.
  4. Sales experience in electrotechnical market environment of advantage.
  5. Market knowledge about EV Charger and Energy storage system of advantage.
  6. Very good understanding of business economics.

  1. Fluent English and French.
  2. Soft skills: Empathy is essential; understand the needs of others, and how to harness the own expertise to find customer’s pain points.
  3. Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Strong sales management and negotiation skills.
  5. Stress-resistant and able to cope with high workloads.
  6. Computer skills of advantage (especially Microsoft Office).
  7. Driving license, must be able to travel by car to clients.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently.
  9. A hunter mentality, not afraid of pushing the bar and challenging.
