- Responsible to achieve the assigned Sales Budget in his territory driving operational excellence by deploying NBS Next methodology to ensure that Leadership Level Performance is achieved in the Division by developing detailed territory map and reviewing it quarterly with Regional Manager.
- Sales activities include Market Research, Qualifying leads and Prospects, Preparing and presenting Quotations, closing the sale, and ensuring smooth implementation and transfer of information to other departments involved in Project Management and Execution.
- Implement and use NBS Next understanding of our TOP customers’ requirements, trends, risks, opportunities, and satisfaction level assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services, responding to more complex customer application enquiries.
- Full assets and P&L responsibility for his job including developing, forecasting, and management of the budget.
- Provide vision and leadership, taking full functional responsibility and ownership for performance and results.
- Ensures the proper installation and start-up of all systems through proper utilization of technical personnel.
- Ensures that Customer Service Representative is fully briefed on all aspects of new installations and the account responsibility has been effectively transferred.
- Conducts effective and well-documented performance reviews.
- Continuously improves processes and operations to drive higher quality results and more efficient workflow and processes - including the identification and implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficacy.
- Lead high-impact projects requiring senior leader accountability for the success of the project.
- Proactively stays current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and software enhancements, identifying and communicating new items as needed to aid other team members in performing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Driving operational excellence by continuous improvement in all areas to ensure best-in-class operational processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to help with customer opportunities, resolve issues, planning, etc.
- Participate and visit Trade shows on behalf of the company, support all Marketing activities focused on the given Area of sales or where required by the company, organize, and manage local customer events, presentations, and roadshows.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the organization.
- Provides customer service in emergency situations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proper Bachelor degree education enabling to perform the job completely and thoroughly (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Automotive, Material Science or Engineering, General Technical Education, Sales, Marketing or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent successful field experience selling high-value capital equipment is required, finishing industry is preferred.
- Basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken (any additional language is valuable).
- Home office base located in the North-East (Troyes & Reims area).
- Solution-based selling capabilities, from developing customer needs to project follow-up and delivery.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills – able to think proactively and resolve issues with their own initiative.
