Pollmeier Massivholz is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Lyon region to own the defined sales territory and build durable customer relationships while expanding the existing client network for hardwood products.

You will conduct on-site visits and digital outreach, coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and travel regularly within the region to engage customers and end users for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Permanent residence within the sales territory and experience in sales, business administration, or a skilled trade.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction with an independent, proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and a valid driver’s license.
• Native-level French and good English skills; any additional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand in a defined sales territory.
• You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory.
• Win over customers in personal meetings on-site while maintaining contact via digital tools.
• Expand the customer base through acquisition of new clients.
• Identify needs and build long-term relationships for end users.
• Coordinate involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed.
• Work closely with internal sales team and management to achieve targets and market Pollmeier products.
