Must reside in French territory, preferably in the Northern / Central region
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attending tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.
  • Valid Driver's License
Position Summary :

Reporting to the French Country Manager, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for lead generation through Cutera's validated sales methodology, providing results that build brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and onsite visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand sales results.
  • Educate and demonstrate Cutera products, including indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients' needs and those of their customers.
  • Partner with clinical practice development and field service engineers to ensure a premium Cutera experience.
  • Focus on developing long-term business results by building a strong customer pipeline, generating recurring revenue through product usage, and employing a profitable consultative approach to selling.
  • Represent Cutera at industry events within the French region.
Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment and/or strong B2B experience
  • Proven successful sales track record (show us how good you are!)
  • Understanding of the industry and customer business challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments
