  • Mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale de BEL Foodservice.
  • Développer et promouvoir la consommation des produits dans la restauration collective.
  • Gérer les revues commerciales annuelles avec les distributeurs.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

Within the Bel Foodservice Sales Force, composed of 30 members and specifically within Fanny's team, the Regional Sales Manager for Paris North-East will be based in the Western Île-de-France region. You will be part of a team of seven market managers, whose expertise and support will be invaluable for your integration.

YOUR MISSIONS

The market manager implements BEL Foodservice's commercial policy in the field for two product categories: cheese and grocery. As a company ambassador, you will develop volumes and sales in your assigned departments: 92 (Hauts-de-Seine), 91 (Essonne), partial 75 (Paris), and 28 (Eure-et-Loir), working with clients such as:

On the Users Side:

  • Develop and promote the consumption of our products (cheese and grocery) in collective catering (school restaurants, hospitals, retirement homes, etc.)
  • Implement promotional actions and demonstrations with culinary advisors
  • Engage with coordinators of major Public Markets and purchasing groups in the sector

On the Distributors Side:

  • Increase Bel product sales in collective and commercial catering in partnership with regional distributors, aligned with Bel's commercial policy
  • Introduce innovations to regional distributors
  • Manage distributor annual business reviews and plans
  • Ensure Bel products are included in distributor responses to Public Markets
  • Stimulate sales through promotional means in the Cash & Carry network

Understanding your sector (client portfolio, competitor activities, public markets), managing your performance indicators, regional budgets, and mastery of reporting and analysis tools are assets for business development.

PROFILE

You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher commercial/technical training and have initial experience as a Sector Manager in food, ideally in Out-of-Home Catering (industrial or distributor side).

You have a strong product sensitivity and an interest in cooking. Recognized for customer orientation, you are passionate about results.

You are committed, collaborative, and always looking for growth and optimization opportunities for your business, which you are eager to develop.

You can manage your business responsibly, negotiating, enhancing customer relations, analyzing results, and deploying action plans.

This role involves daily travel by car to visit clients. A B license is required.

Fluent French skills are essential.
