Architecture Drafter

• Develop detailed Architecture drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and codes.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with other drafters and designers to ensure consistency across projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Architecture drafting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
