Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Commercial & Designer Sales Manager to drive growth with architects, designers and developers in a multinational setting.

You will create short- and long-term sales plans for work surfaces, façades and interior finishes, manage budgets, travel as needed, and coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers and partners to deliver on projects. The role requires outstanding relationship-building, market awareness and the ability to present solutions in formal presentations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be local to the area.
• Experience with façades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts and services providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring and façades.
• Develops new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with architects, designers and property firms.
• Promotes Cosentino products in formal presentations to architects and designers.
• Executes sales plans within agreed timelines from customers or Cosentino Management.
• Maintains accurate project details in Sales Force CRM and coordinates with partners.
• Manages sales development of Cosentino surfacing products.
• Pursues opportunities in the core geography and travels as needed to drive multi-location rollouts.
• Represents Cosentino to the community through events and local chapters.
• Ensures timely communication across all parties for successful sales implementation and updates collateral and data.
