Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Commercial & Designer Sales Manager to drive product awareness and sales in the contract design and commercial segments for interior and exterior applications.

You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and contractors, and collaborate with the Cosentino sales team to close deals and grow market share. The role requires travel within the territory and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role.
• Experience selling to architects, designers, and developers a must.
• Strong network in design/contract markets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Cosentino product awareness in contract design and commercial segments.
• Penetrate architectural and design firms, developers and property owners to gain specifications.
• Present Cosentino products in formal sessions with architects and designers.
• Manage sales plans and budgets, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM and coordinate with sales teams.
