What You’ll Do

1. Secure Strategic Financing – Lead project financing applications, due diligence processes, and funding strategies to obtain grants, credit facilities, and other financial instruments from banks, sovereign funds, and other institutions.
2. Drive Investment Strategies – Support the CEO and CFO in executing future funding rounds, preparing for potential IPOs, and managing high-profile investment opportunities.
3. Manage Investor Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, strategic investors, private equity firms, and venture debt providers.
4. Ensure Financial Transparency – Keep the data room financial updates aligned with strategic objectives, working closely with internal finance and business teams.
5. Perform Advanced Financial Analysis – Conduct project-related financial evaluations of commercial proposals, develop financial models for business plans, and collaborate with business development and engineering teams to optimize financial strategies.

Requirements

1. What You’ll Need
2. Finance expertise – A degree in finance is a must; an engineering background is a strong plus.
3. Industry Experience – At least 3 years in a high-growth startup, investment fund, or a similar financial role.
4. Funding & Credit Knowledge – Hands-on experience working with funds, credit providers, and structured finance instruments.
5. Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and financial forecasting.
6. Manufacturing or Aerospace Experience – Experience in aerospace, industrial, or advanced manufacturing sectors is a plus.
7. Language Skills – Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or French is highly valued.
