Preclinical Director - Supported relocation to Switzerland

An innovative immuno-oncology biotech is seeking a Preclinical Director to provide strategic leadership in PK / PD studies at the preclinical stage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge company developing next-generation antibody-based therapies for cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and provide strategic input on PK / PD studies in preclinical development.
2. Manage CRO relationships to ensure high-quality study execution.
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape preclinical and translational strategy.
4. Ensure non-clinical studies align with regulatory expectations and support clinical transition.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in preclinical / non-clinical development.
2. 5+ years of expertise in PK / PD and preclinical study design.
3. 3+ years of experience working with biologics (antibodies).
4. PhD in a Life Science related field (Desirable).
5. Proven ability to manage CROs effectively.
6. Experience in regulatory documentation to support transition into FIH studies (desirable).
